The admired wonders..!!!

The 5 World Heritage Site

  • Amber Fort

Amber fort is one of the forts built by Kachwaha Rajputs on the hills of Rajasthan and designated as world heritage site in 2013. It has been admired for its blended style of Islam and Rajput’s for years now.
  • Jantar Mantar

White mausoleum built by the 5th Mughal emperor Shah Jahan is the national monument of India. It was built for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal in the 17th century. Though the building cost had posed pressure on the national finance, Shah Jahan still succeeded in bringing out the most beautiful and unique monument in the world.
  • Agra Fort

Agra fort is a Yamuna facing fort where Shah Jahan was confined by his son Aurangzeb to spend his remaining life watching Taj Mahal built in the memory of his late wife, Mumtaz.
  • Fatehpur Sikri

It is the capital city of Agra built by the 3rd Mughal emperor Akbar, which was abandoned 10 years after its construction due to the perennial lack of water and was then given in the hands of Agra. Though it suffered losses due to war, its architecture remained still and is visited by lakhs of tourists every year.
  • Jantar Mantar

A high class astronomical observatory made by Maharaja Jai Singh in the 18th century and modeled after Ulugh Beg Observatory in Samarkand. For its uniqueness and creativity it was designated as world heritage site in 2010.
